Painting - Oil On Canvas
Description
This is an original 12 x 12" oil on canvas of a China Tea cup of roses sitting in the sunlight. Lacy curtains filter in the light and shadows of the window framework on the tabletop. I saw this sitting in the window at my boyfriend's mom's house. I was surprised that they were real roses this late in the season (late Oct). She told me she cut them from her garden because it was going to frost and she wanted to save them. I took a photo and decided to preserve them in this painting.
