Description
"Timing Is Everything" 13 " x 14 " Gouache on board. This is a painting I did in 1988 when my son, Casey was 6 yrs old. This painting was done for one of my art projects in college. We had to take a color photograph and convert it to shades of grey in a painting using Gouache paint. I found it today when cleaning out a closet. At the time, I loved the theme of this photo (still do). Casey was up on the engine of his dad's truck watching him check the timing of the engine. (hence the title). My son still loves working on cars, motorcycles and his own truck. Good father-son bonding theme.
